Concrete Preparation

We follow a careful process to ensure your garage floor is properly prepared for epoxy application. Here’s what you can expect:

• Moisture Testing and Inspection: We begin by testing the concrete for moisture and inspecting for cracks or damage to ensure the floor is suitable for epoxy.

• Cleaning, Repairs, and Surface Preparation: The surface is cleaned, degreased, and any cracks or imperfections are repaired. We then mechanically grind or etch the concrete for optimal epoxy adhesion.

• Final Dust Removal and Customer Review: The area is thoroughly vacuumed to remove dust, and we invite the customer to review the prepped surface before proceeding with the epoxy application.
